Publication & Fee Policy

Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

The Jurisocial Journal of International Law is a fully open-access journal. All articles published by the journal are made freely available online immediately upon publication.

The journal does not charge any manuscript submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts for consideration without payment.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable to manuscripts that are formally accepted for publication. The APC contributes towards the costs associated with editorial processing, peer-review administration, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, website maintenance, digital archiving, and dissemination of published research.

The applicable APC amount will be communicated to the corresponding author following formal acceptance of the manuscript. No APC is payable unless and until the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

The payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance or influence the editorial or peer-review decision. Editorial decisions are based solely on the scholarly quality, originality, relevance, ethical standards, and suitability of the manuscript for the journal.

The Jurisocial Journal of International Law is committed to maintaining transparency in its publication charges and ensuring that financial considerations do not compromise the independence, integrity, or fairness of the editorial and peer-review processes.
